Our process

We are excited about the opportunity to help new advisors gain exposure to the seminar marketing process.  If you are an experienced advisor, we have the controls and proper audits in place employing best practices to move as quickly as you are comfortable. 

Our process begins and ends with service.  We have personal marketers available and ready to consult with you about your next seminar marketing campaign.  For your convenience, we also have detailed order forms to help meet your individual needs, providing you with the latest available features.

Please reference the following steps for a complete understanding of how we can serve you with a process made simple.

(Step #1) 
Plan your marketing campaign 5-6 weeks prior to your first seminar date. Final campaign approval is needed 4 weeks prior to your first seminar date.
(Step #2)
Complete an order form or contact us at 877-936-0044 with any questions, or to have an order form e-mailed to you.
(Step #3)
Upon receipt of your completed order form, you will receive a report of the number of available records based on your information, a proof of your invitation and an invoice.
(Step #4) 
Review your marketing campaign and provide changes, if necessary.
(Step #5)
After any changes are submitted, a final proof, record report and invoice and Order Approval Form will be e-mailed to you.
(Step #6) 
Return the completed Order Approval Form along with complete payment 4 weeks prior to your first seminar date. This timeframe is based on printing, processing and mailing times. A delay in final approval will affect your in-home dates.

Your marketing campaign is now complete and queued for production.  We will provide you with frequent and timely updates so you can always be assured your marketing campaign remains on schedule.
